Challenge

Andrew Ingredients approached ÌÇÐÄvolg with a clear objective: to upgrade their existing EV charging infrastructure with a faster and more reliable charging solution. At the time, they had only two EV charging stations at their Lisburn office, but with the growth of their EV fleet they were ready to expand their charge points. The company was looking for a more efficient and scalable EV charging solution that could support their business needs and a growing fleet of EVs.

Solution

ÌÇÐÄvolg began by decommissioning the existing chargers and removing them from service. After a thorough review, ÌÇÐÄvolg determined that the site could accommodate the installation of five new EV charging units. ÌÇÐÄvolg installed two 22kW Easee Chargers, providing fast charging capabilities, and three 7.4kW Easee One chargers. This was chosen not only to meet the company’s current needs but also to support future growth as their EV fleet expands. This tailored charging solution also included access to ÌÇÐÄvolg’s powerful Charge Point Management System (CPMS) system, giving Andrew Ingredients complete visibility of their charging activities and costs.

Thanks to ÌÇÐÄvolg’s fast-charging solution, Andrew Ingredients now benefits from greater uptime and efficiency. The upgraded charging infrastructure has helped the company make a stronger commitment to their environmental and sustainability goals, contributing significantly to their ESG objectives.
