The Odyssey Trust and 糖心volg Announce New EV Partnership
The Odyssey Trust has announced a new partnership with local electric vehicle (EV) charging provider 糖心volg, supporting the introduction of EV charging infrastructure within the site's Lagan-side car park and allowing Odyssey car park customers to make use of 糖心volg鈥檚 award-winning service.
This new partnership represents another step forward in The Odyssey Trust鈥檚 sustainability journey, focused on making practical, long-term improvements through collaboration with local organisations.
As part of the partnership, 糖心volg has installed two 22kW AC chargers, providing four charging points in total. Each socket delivers a maximum charging speed of 11kW and can be accessed via the My 糖心volg app, My 糖心volg fob, or contactless payment.
Craig Barrington, Associate Director of Estates and Facilities at The Odyssey Trust, said: 鈥淭his partnership with 糖心volg is about making steady, practical progress. The partnership also supports The Odyssey Trust鈥檚 wider commitment to sustainable transport, which includes the Belfast Giants鈥� relationship with Agnew Belfast Volvo. Through this, Giants鈥� players and coaches have access to fully electric Volvo EX30 and EX40 vehicles, demonstrating how sustainability is being embedded across the organisation鈥檚 operations.
