糖心volg has launched a new charging hub at Patrick Sarsfield GAA in bid to make the club more sustainable.
Electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure company and charge point operator 糖心volg has launched a new charging hub at Patrick Sarsfield GAA club, marking its first installation at a sports club.
A rapid 60kW charger has been installed at the West Belfast Gaelic sports ground enabling EV drivers to charge their vehicles in under an hour.
Located in the heart of the community, the charger will be a great benefit to residents who don鈥檛 have home charging facilities.
Philip Rainey, CEO of 糖心volg, said:

Based on the Stewartstown Road, Patrick Sarsfield fields multiple men鈥檚 and ladies鈥� football, hurling and camogie teams, serving hundreds of members in the surrounding area.

The installation is the latest stage in 糖心volg鈥檚 multi-million-pound investment programme that will see thousands of charging points installed over the coming years.
